✔ Strong computer skills with knowledge of pharmacy management software will be an added advantage
✔ Experience in model pharmacies such as LAZZ, AKS KHAN, and TAMANA will be highly preferred
✔ Candidates with immediate availability for joining will be given priority
✔ Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a Model Pharmacy environment
✔ Operate and manage the pharmacy in compliance with DGDA guidelines
✔ Oversee overall pharmacy operations, monitoring, and daily management activities
✔ Provide proper patient counselling, instructions, and awareness regarding medicines and drug usage
✔ Maintain strong knowledge of drug indications, contraindications, dosage, side effects, and proper administration
✔ Conduct routine quality control checks in store and shop, ensuring proper temperature control (including freezer storage) as per DGDA standards
✔ Perform regular expiry date checking and stock monitoring to ensure product safety and compliance
✔ Maintain safety, environmental standards, and proper handling of insulin and injectable products
✔ Check and update stock lists and maintain accurate logbooks for inventory control
✔ Train and support new and existing pharmacists and sales staff (B/C category)
✔ Ensure smooth communication with customers and provide professional service
✔ Maintain strong knowledge of dispensing systems and pharmacy software operations
