✔ Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical faults and malfunctions, repair or replace components such as valves, bearings, belts, gears, and other mechanical parts, and properly reassemble equipment.

✔ Installation & Calibration: Install and set up new machinery and equipment, perform proper alignment and calibration, and conduct test runs to ensure safe and efficient operation.

✔ Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all applicable workplace safety procedures and industrial safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance and repair activities.

✔ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts used, repairs performed, equipment condition, breakdowns, and maintenance status.

✔ Equipment Inspection: Monitor machinery regularly to identify potential mechanical issues and take timely corrective action before they lead to major breakdowns.

✔ Team Coordination: Coordinate with production, engineering, and other relevant teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operational continuity.
