Responsibilities & Context

Filing:
  • Ensure all filing is completed according to the specified method.
  • Maintain order in the Order Files at all times.
  • Keep Correspondence Files consistently updated.
Daily Production Follow-up:
  • Conduct one visit in the morning and one in the afternoon to oversee processes from weaving to stitching, including sampling.
  • Prepare a Ready for Shipment Report for further processing.
  • Create and manage Greige Demands and Printing Programs as needed.
  • Update the Master Order promptly based on instructions.
  • Prepare Trim Cards and finalize accessories by coordinating with suppliers and buyers.
Approval and Coordination:
  • Maintain continuous follow-up on pending approvals for accessories, samples, lab dips, etc., to ensure a clear path for mills to proceed with manufacturing.
