  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Proficient in QMS, ERP Systems, and Strategic Planning.
  • Knowledge of Crisis Management and Risk Mitigation.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead technology transfer processes & post-startup reviews to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of finished goods per production & cost targets.
  • Ensure assets are well-maintained & support continuous operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards on a timely basis.
  • Implement and integrate Quality Systems, EHS, and FP&R across the facility.
  • Develop and monitor a site-specific 3–5 year quality plan and ensure its implementation.
  • Maintain a facility-wide documentation system, including quality manuals and change control.
  • Lead internal audits, periodic management reviews, and address gaps effectively.
  • Manage non-conformance handling, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Oversee manpower planning, resource acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective crisis management, including annual mock drills and audits.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure supplier GMP compliance through centrally driven programs.
  • Oversee effective handling of product recalls and recovery activities with a defined procedure.
  • Develop and execute site training and capability-building programs to enhance competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local quality standards, including Colgate Global Quality Standards and KPIs.
