Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and train OCR models for processing business documents.
  • Create automation tools to streamline various methods of business document intake.
  • Apply best practices for efficient data loading and extraction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, using strong listening skills to design simple yet effective solutions that address both immediate and long-term business needs.
  • Maintain and support existing OCR models to ensure continued accuracy as business document formats change.
  • Operate within the Agile framework, utilizing sprints to track and manage software development progress.
  • Design and develop both logical and physical data models.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all project deliverables.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to teams across all related areas.
  • Offer training and collaboration to development team members as needed.
  • Design, implement, and execute unit tests for the system, including preparation of test data.
