🔹 Design & Visualization Skills
- Strong capability in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering

- Experience in landscape design and architectural detail drawings using standard software

Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Architect to lead architectural, interior, and exterior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design strategy development, project leadership, client coordination, and overall execution management while ensuring high-quality design standards, compliance, and timely delivery.

🔹 Project Leadership & Design Strategy
- Lead architectural, interior, and exterior design projects from concept development to final execution
- Develop design strategies, master planning concepts, and project vision frameworks
- Ensure alignment of design output with client requirements, functionality, and aesthetics
🔹 Design Development & Technical Expertise
- Prepare and review RAJUK approval drawings and documentation
- Develop architectural 2D drawings and 3D visualization models
- Review and approve drawings, BOQ, specifications, and presentation materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and design standards
🔹 Team & Project Management
- Supervise and guide architects, designers, and project teams
- Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project execution to ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence
- Resolve technical and design-related challenges during project implementation
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct client meetings, design presentations, and project consultations
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure project clarity and satisfaction
- Translate client requirements into functional and innovative design solutions
🔹 Site Supervision & Execution
- Monitor on-site progress and construction alignment with design intent
- Ensure proper execution of architectural plans and resolve site-level issues
- Maintain coordination between design and execution teams for smooth workflow
