  • Very good in English communication, reporting and presentation·        
  • Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns·        
  • Experience in participating in large complex projects·        
  • Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL.       
  • Experience in different web server and AWS cloud platform.        
  • Ability to troubleshoot pre- and post-production implementations; security; load balancing and performance·        
  • Practical working experience in Docker and Jenkins.

Responsibilities & Context

This position seeks a dynamic and capable candidate interested in leading technical initiatives in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a sense of ownership while driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop highly scalable Java applications and services.
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration applications and APIs.
  • Design, build, and test Java application code as part of a tightly knit development team, working within Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative SDLC methodologies.
  • Participate in solution development, engineering, and architecture to ensure high-quality, high-performance implementations.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to define feature specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with offshore teams to manage technical aspects of projects.
  • Guide the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of software quality by promoting best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team.
  • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code.
  • Adhere to high-quality development principles while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Research and evaluate various software products to stay updated with emerging technologies.
  • Investigate and resolve issues in the production environment, including urgent troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Monitor production systems closely and follow department policies for trouble reporting.
