Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Product/UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing real product work and design thinking capabilities.
Hands-on experience with design systems and component-based design structures.
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional agile teams.
Familiarity with web and mobile design standards.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience designing SaaS or enterprise-level products is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Degree in Design, HCI, or related field is preferred, though demonstrable skill and experience are equally valued.
