Develop, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies to ensure optimal brand performance.
Generate and apply innovative ideas and actionable insights to meet market demands in a timely and strategic manner.
Identify and introduce new molecules and product lines to expand market presence and increase share.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, evaluate competitive activities, and assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to the sales team for the successful execution of marketing plans.
