Product Strategy & Vision
Define Product Vision: Create and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that supports Aalok Healthcare’s mission, business objectives, and clinical priorities—such as lowering readmission rates, boosting patient satisfaction, and improving marketing efficiency.
Market & User Research: Perform comprehensive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user research—including interviews with clinicians, patients, and administrators—to uncover key pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for new or enhanced products and services.
Roadmap Development: Build, manage, and continuously update the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
Product Development & Execution
Requirements Definition: Convert clinical and operational needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams—Engineering, UX/UI Design, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Sales—to lead products from ideation through launch and ongoing improvement.
Agile Management: Apply Agile practices to plan and manage sprints, track progress, and support effective, timely decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality
Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all products meet applicable healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and address clinical, technical, and regulatory risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to uphold product safety, reliability, and clinical integrity through thorough testing processes.
Performance & Business Outcomes
KPI Definition: Establish, monitor, and assess key performance metrics—including patient satisfaction, cost savings, adoption rates, clinical outcomes, and ROI.
Iterate and Improve: Leverage analytics and user feedback to refine and enhance product features and overall performance.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create effective launch plans, sales enablement materials, and training resources for new product releases.
Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
