Responsibilities:
- Define and implement product roadmaps for IFP, Video Walls, KIOSKS, Digital Signage, and Display Solutions.
- Continuously analyze market trends and user needs to refine product strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with product principals and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), agreements, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Benchmark against competitors to deliver high-quality products.
- Oversee after-sales services, including spare parts management and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure high standards of after-sales support.
- Work with OEM/ODM partners to customize products for specific market needs and company requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines with OEM/ODM partners to ensure cost-effective and timely product delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage product inventory and ensure availability.
- Forecast demand and plan stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design and develop products that meet quality and customer expectations.
- Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards for safety, performance, and environmental impact.
- Work with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and address any issues proactively.
- Prepare detailed reports on product performance, market trends, and financials.
- Develop and manage the product budget, including research, development, marketing, and operational costs.
- Track product profitability and collaborate with finance teams to meet financial targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development, launch activities, and post-launch analysis.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely product delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both international and local OEM/ODM partners.
- Customize products with OEM/ODM partners based on market needs and company specifications.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with OEM/ODM partners to optimize cost and quality.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements, modifications, or discontinuations based on data and feedback.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Conduct competitive analysis and adjust pricing to match market conditions and business objectives.
- Define unique selling propositions (USPs) for each product and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
