Experience in the Banking or NBFI sector, preferably in Retail Banking, SME Banking, Liability Marketing, or Products & Services.
Hands-on experience in branch operations, deposit mobilization, or customer-facing roles will be considered a strong advantage.
Sound understanding of retail liability products and current market dynamics.
Strong report writing, data interpretation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Achieve assigned business targets for deposit mobilization and loan/advance growth, contributing directly to overall branch performance.
Provide prompt, responsive, and high-quality customer service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and utilizing feedback for continuous service improvement.
Ensure strong internal controls and strict compliance with regulatory and organizational policies to prevent money laundering, fraud, misrepresentation, and to safeguard customer interests.
Monitor and control branch-related expenses, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Promote a positive and collaborative work culture, ensuring the branch team operates efficiently while upholding LankaBangla Finance PLC’s core values.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of daily operational and business reports.
Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
