Job Overview:
LIVE Shopping seeks a strategic and detail-focused Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle driven by real-time customer demand. This role is critical for ensuring the right products are developed, sourced, and distributed effectively, based on insights from digital, online, and offline teams. The Product Manager will lead a dedicated team, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate closely with the CEO to enhance product offerings, distribution, and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand-Driven Planning
Gather and analyze product demand data from multiple sources:
Digital Marketing Team (ad performance, trend analysis)
Online Sales Team (ecommerce metrics, customer feedback)
Offline Retail Team (store demand and sales patterns)
Convert data insights into actionable product development and supply chain plans.
Product Development & Team Leadership
Lead a team of product developers, merchandisers, and sourcing specialists.
Finalize product designs, materials, and specifications guided by market trends.
Align product assortments with brand objectives and seasonal demands.
Supplier & Supply Chain Management
Source and manage relationships with both local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and timely procurement of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with factories and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and proper inventory levels.
Product Distribution & Pricing
Manage product flow efficiently across retail outlets and ecommerce platforms.
Develop pricing strategies that balance cost, customer perception, and market trends.
Collaborate with Finance and CEO to maintain profitability and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
CEO and senior management for strategic decisions
Marketing for product positioning and campaigns
Inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure stock availability
Retail managers to capture and respond to customer feedback
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and deliver weekly reports on product status, demand forecasts, pricing, and supply chain performance to the CEO and senior leadership.
