Monitor quality control processes and assessments to ensure buyer expectations and satisfaction are consistently met.

Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive working environment across the production floor.

Oversee garment quality and production activities while providing clear instructions and guidance to subordinate team members.

Prepare production schedules and supervise day-to-day activities within the Sewing Department.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure cutting inputs, trims, and accessories are available ahead of production requirements.

Optimize production line balancing according to different styles and efficiently utilize operators across multiple sewing processes.

Closely monitor hourly production output and implement improvement measures to increase productivity.

Estimate production costs, establish quality standards, and maximize output while maintaining cost efficiency.

Oversee the selection, proper utilization, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.

Work collaboratively with Product Design and Sourcing teams to ensure smooth production execution.

Conduct regular quality evaluations and implement corrective measures to maintain customer satisfaction.

Supervise, motivate, and develop production employees to improve overall team performance.

Identify and resolve operational problems independently or with minimal supervision.

Work effectively within a team while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Lead and mentor team members through regular weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews.

Communicate production updates and provide constructive feedback to garment buyers.

Manage the recruitment, selection, interviewing, and salary negotiation processes for production personnel.
