Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage all production-related activities in a large woven factory.
  • Collect the monthly production plan from the planning department.
  • Develop the monthly production plan for production lines and submit it to top management.
  • Hold daily target meetings to track progress and address issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of plan input data.
  • Develop size sets for the PP meeting before feeding each style into the production line.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Raw Material departments to ensure product quality and efficiency before feeding each style.
  • Achieve and maintain optimal efficiency levels.
  • Closely monitor the input and delivery processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Be responsible for meeting daily production targets based on SMV and work-study methods.
  • Oversee floor administration and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Foster good communication and counseling with workers to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Establish and monitor all quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Conduct morning inspections to ensure readiness and quality.
  • Check hourly production and follow up with line supervisors to improve production processes.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of machines and materials to prevent breakdowns.
  • Follow up on the daily production targets set in the meeting and ensure timely achievement.
  • Monitor the cutting ratio to meet shipment deadlines.
  • Focus on reducing the rejection rate to maintain quality standards.
  • Control and reduce overtime work to optimize labor costs.
