Industry Experience: Prior experience in Footwear Manufacturing Companies is required; preference will be given to candidates with Industrial Engineering (IE) experience.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Skills: Strong leadership, technical expertise, human relations, and conceptual thinking abilities.
The role focuses on production planning and execution to ensure timely shipment, cost efficiency, and smooth operations across all stages of manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop effective production and advance plans in coordination with Marketing, Merchandising, Production Head, and the Management team.
Review production plans against capacity and workforce availability, ensuring timely shipment through proactive follow-ups.
Monitor order status and conduct regular schedule meetings with Merchandising, Production, and Fabrics departments for proper line allocation.
Ensure accurate and optimal capacity planning, aiming for cost reduction and increased profitability.
Track production progress, identify deviations from the plan, conduct root cause analysis, and implement quick solutions for smooth operations.
Build strong working relationships with Merchandising and all Production units (Store, Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Printing, Embroidery, and Washing) for seamless operations.
Oversee pre-production activities and ensure back-to-back feeding to achieve production targets without compromising quality.
Plan production to achieve 100% capacity utilization at minimal cost.
Follow up on sampling, pre-production, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to the production schedule.
Continuously update production plans based on real-time progress, communicate changes to relevant staff, and conduct meetings for effective implementation.
Work to minimize the gap between planned and actual production.
Monitor daily production, prepare daily reports, and track section-wise progress.
Ensure on-time shipment while maintaining production sequence.
Coordinate with the finishing team to ensure timely final arrangement and shipping of goods.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
