Academic Qualifications:

Applicants must meet any one of the following criteria:

  • Option A:
    PhD or equivalent degree with at least two first classes/divisions or a minimum CGPA of 3.25. A minimum CGPA of 3.25 is required in both Honours and Master’s levels.
  • Option B:
    MPhil or equivalent degree with at least two first classes/divisions and a minimum CGPA of 3.25 in both Honours and Master’s degrees.
  • Option C:
    4-year Honours with Master’s degree or 3-year Honours with Master’s degree, with at least three first classes/divisions or a minimum CGPA of 3.25 in both Honours and Master’s levels.

Experience and Research Publications:

Applicants must fulfill any one of the following experience criteria:

  • Option A:
    Minimum 12 years of experience in a university or equivalent institution, including at least 5 years as an Associate Professor. A minimum of 15 research publications is required, of which at least 7 must have been published while serving as an Associate Professor.
  • Option B:
    At least 18 years of teaching experience at the university level, including 6 years as an Associate Professor. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 research publications, with at least 7 published during their tenure as an Associate Professor.
  • Option C:
    A minimum of 20 years of experience at the university level, including at least 7 years as an Associate Professor. Candidates must have at least 15 research publications, with 7 of them published while holding the position of Associate Professor.

Overall Experience Requirement

  • Candidates should have between 12 to 20 years of relevant academic experience.
