Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, in Disaster Management, Geography, Social Science, or a related field from a reputed University, Master's Degree is preferred.

  • Experience requirement is flexible for person with expertise in video editing, content creation and photography using modern equipment and software. Sound knowledge of cameras and lighting techniques.
  • Communication and networking with multi-sectoral actors.
  • Story writing and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of multimedia production software and editing equipment
  • Good report writing in both Bangla and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • The Program Associate: Knowledge Management will report directly to the KML Coordinator for the Humanitarian and Climate Action Program. The role will support the successful implementation of program activities by capturing case stories, taking high-quality photographs, producing engaging video content, developing materials, organizing events, and collecting and presenting data. Additionally, the Program Associate will assist in program reporting and provide logistical and administrative support. This position is designed to contribute to the quality implementation of project activities, ensuring proper visibility, and will offer the opportunity to enhance skills and expertise in knowledge management and learning."
