Programmer/ Associate Senior Programmer

✔ Age: Minimum 22 years.

✔ Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Object-Oriented Design, and Layered / N-Tier Application Architecture.

✔ Strong programming and software development skills using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Microsoft SQL Server.

✔ Hands-on experience in React or other modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks, REST API integration, responsive web development, and modern UI technologies. Experience with PrimeReact or similar component libraries will be an advantage.

✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including complex query writing, query optimization, stored procedures, database design, and database-first development.

✔ Familiarity with Git and other version control systems for source code management and collaborative software development.

✔ Experience in legacy application migration, modernization, or re-development, particularly migrating ASP.NET WebForms/MVC applications to modern technology stacks, will be an added advantage.

✔ Microsoft Developer Certification or relevant Microsoft technical certification will be considered a significant advantage.

✔ Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and develop new technical skills as required by projects.

✔ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented software development environment and collaborate with developers, implementation teams, and other stakeholders.

✔ Positive and flexible attitude toward both new application development and existing software maintenance/support activities.

✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver quality results within deadlines.

✔ Strong ability to communicate and collaborate closely with the implementation team throughout software development, deployment, and support activities.

✔ Strong interest in continuously acquiring new technical knowledge, programming skills, development tools, and emerging technologies beyond regular job responsibilities.

✔ Work on ongoing and upcoming software projects using .NET 9, ASP.NET Core Web API, and C#, following a structured layered architecture consisting of API, Manager, and Data Access layers.

✔ Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React 18, PrimeReact, PrimeFlex, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, integrating RESTful APIs.

✔ Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Entity Framework Core (Database-First), LINQ, and Microsoft SQL Server 2019.

✔ Design, write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions to support application functionality and performance.

✔ Design and develop reports, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations using RDLC Reporting, Chart.js, Recharts, and PDF/Excel export technologies such as jsPDF and ExcelJS.

✔ Develop, maintain, and integrate REST API endpoints with secure JWT-based authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).

✔ Participate in legacy application modernization and re-engineering, converting existing application screens to the new technology stack based on SRS documents and existing system references.

✔ Use modern development environments and tools including Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio Code, Vite, and ESLint for efficient software development and code quality.

✔ Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and document existing software applications and ensure reliable functionality across web-based systems.

✔ Prepare technical specifications, flowcharts, system diagrams, and implementation plans, translating business and technical requirements into clear and logical development steps.

✔ Design and execute software testing plans and test cases for web applications to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, reliability, and usability.

✔ Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

✔ Follow established coding standards, development best practices, project requirements, and security guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.

✔ Complete assigned development tasks within specified project timelines and deadlines, ensuring quality deliverables and meeting business requirements.

✔ Perform other relevant software development, application maintenance, testing, documentation, and technical responsibilities as assigned by management.
