Plan International Bangladesh is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the field-level implementation of the ResCoast (Building Climate-Resilient, Environment-Sustainable Coastal Communities) project in Barguna.
The project focuses on strengthening climate resilience and improving livelihoods for vulnerable coastal communities, particularly youth and young women.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading field-level coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the project while ensuring alignment with donor requirements and organizational standards.
The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and management skills to work effectively with local government institutions, community groups, youth networks, and implementing partners.
