The Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the implementation of the U4Q (Manyata Bangladesh) initiative, aimed at improving maternal and newborn healthcare quality through training, mentoring, certification, and quality improvement interventions across selected healthcare facilities.
Support execution of project work plans under the guidance of the Senior Technical Manager
Coordinate project inception activities, stakeholder consultations, and program launch events
Liaise with health facilities, local stakeholders, and partner organizations to ensure smooth project implementation
Track project activities and identify implementation challenges for timely resolution
Assist in organizing facility selection processes and assessment activities
Coordinate logistics for clinical training sessions and mentoring visits
Support the establishment and functioning of Quality Improvement Teams (QITs)
Facilitate implementation of MPDSR activities at the facility level
Support monitoring of facility compliance with MNCAH quality standards
Assist in organizing facility assessments, client satisfaction surveys, and certification processes
Track progress of quality improvement initiatives across participating facilities
Coordinate data collection activities for assessments and monitoring
Ensure timely compilation and submission of field data and reports
Support data validation, basic analysis, and MIS/dashboard updates
Prepare routine progress reports, meeting notes, and presentations
Organize and coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings
Coordinate with trainers, assessors, and participants to ensure effective program delivery
Maintain training records and follow-up action documentation
Maintain regular communication with DGHS, DGFP, QIS, and facility-level stakeholders
Support Technical Working Group meetings and stakeholder consultations
Assist in organizing policy dialogues, dissemination workshops, and consultation events
Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned from project implementation
Support preparation of reports, case studies, and communication materials
Assist in organizing learning exchange visits and cross-facility learning activities
Manage logistics for meetings, trainings, workshops, and field visits
Support budget tracking and monitoring of activity expenditures
Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor
