Qualifications & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of quality control, safety and security standards, and project management systems, particularly for residential and high-rise buildings with multiple basements.
Proven ability to inspect and evaluate construction work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member.
