Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate with team members such as architects, structural engineers, plumbing engineers, electrical engineers, and others, providing necessary guidance on project-related issues.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, specifications, and budgets for the work.
  • Capable of handling all types of documentation including billing, rate analysis, correspondence, drawing and bill checking, etc.
  • Perform technical evaluations of offers to select suitable contractors.
  • Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan, supervise, and oversee the procurement of materials for on-site work.
  • Able to manage and supervise the civil construction aspects of the project site.
  • Capable of supervising maintenance work.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to the Head of Construction, including work orders and other documentation tasks.
  • Supervise and monitor all construction activities to ensure progress aligns with project drawings and relevant documents.
  • Ensure the quality of construction work adheres to design specifications.
  • Prepare estimates, review requisition lists, oversee quantity and quality control, and manage stock.
  • Maintain a Measurement Book and other site-related documentation, and verify the contractor's running bills.
