Minimum age of 28 years
Experience Requirements:

At least 3–5 years of practical experience in real estate or building construction projects.

Mandatory hands-on experience in RCC works, finishing works, and site supervision.

Experience with government or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

Ability to read, understand, and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.

Effective leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.

Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict project deadlines.

Strong on-site problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Other Requirements:

Willing to work at various project locations as required.
