Additional Requirements
Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects.
Hands-on experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.
Strong leadership capabilities with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
Proficiency in the Chinese language will be considered an added advantage.
Lead construction activities to ensure projects are executed in line with approved designs, specifications, and drawings.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Material Receiving Reports (MRR) to support timely procurement and availability of materials.
Supervise the construction and maintenance of RCC and steel structures to ensure required quality and structural soundness.
Manage, guide, and motivate workers and contractors to enhance productivity and overall performance.
Maintain accurate records of construction materials to ensure proper control and utilization at the factory site.
Verify, update, and maintain Measurement Books (MB) and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) to ensure precise project documentation.
Conduct site inspections and analyze data from drawings, reports, maps, and tests to support effective decision-making.
Ensure adherence to established standards and best practices to deliver quality work within scheduled timelines.
Promote effective housekeeping, safety, and security practices to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Prepare progress reports and regularly update management to ensure transparency and timely communication.
