Supervise assigned construction activities and prepare daily work plans in line with the approved project schedule.
Review and interpret detailed drawings for each activity, ensuring all works are executed strictly according to approved designs and specifications.
Oversee construction works and perform comprehensive quality control checks, including concrete strength, cement quality, reinforcement bars, and finishing works such as plastering, tiling, carpentry, and painting, with the aim of minimizing post-handover defects.
Maintain effective coordination with the Head of Project, subcontractors, supervisors, security personnel, and other stakeholders to prevent delays, defects, and idle time, ensuring smooth project execution.
Verify contractor and supplier bills, conduct TBM briefings prior to work commencement, ensure safety training, monitor cleaning and curing activities, and ensure optimal utilization of construction materials.
Conduct daily safety inspections in accordance with established checklists and take immediate corrective actions to address any non-compliance.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
