Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science / ICT or related field
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or relevant discipline from a reputed university
- Degrees in Development Studies or other relevant fields are also acceptable
- MPH, MDS, or MBA will be considered an added advantage
- PMP certification will be given preference
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in NGO or IT-enabled service sectors is preferred
Additional Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project management roles
- Prior experience in Government or NGO projects will be an advantage
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals
- Capability to assess critical situations, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and observation abilities

Job Overview:
mPower Social Enterprises Ltd. works extensively with government and NGO clients. Effective monitoring of project deliverables and timely coordination among stakeholders are essential throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires full ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain client trust through effective communication and timely, quality deliverables
- Assign tasks clearly with defined deadlines and expectations
- Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to track progress
- Identify potential delays early and propose practical solutions
Project Execution:
- Plan, document, and execute all phases of the project lifecycle
- Manage scope, requirements, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and team responsibilities
- Regularly update and manage project activities using JIRA for efficient resource utilization
- Ensure smooth handover of projects from the sales team
- Develop and maintain rollout plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets
- Clearly communicate project scope to all functional teams (Development, SQA, Solution Design, Training, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure project completion within defined budget and timeline
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet required standards
- Prepare key documents such as Inception Reports, Project Learning Documents, and monitoring reports
- Ensure adherence to standard processes and report any deviations promptly
