Additional Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven setting, particularly in AR/VR, healthcare, or medical technology.
In-depth knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Outstanding organizational, leadership, and communication abilities, with a strong capability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Solid experience with product development lifecycles, especially in AR/VR or healthcare technology fields.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance, including data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.

Responsibilities & Context

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of AR/VR projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders (engineering, design, medical advisors, and business development) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, managing resources to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and performance using effective tools and techniques; adapt plans as necessary to accommodate evolving project requirements.
Coordinate with development teams to meet technical requirements, ensuring the product aligns with healthcare standards.
Facilitate regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear project status updates, and addressing risks and issues.
Conduct risk assessments, identify potential obstacles, and implement contingency strategies to prevent delays or resource constraints.
Ensure that all AR/VR projects comply with healthcare regulatory, quality, and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Lead post-project evaluations to capture insights, refine processes, and enhance future project outcomes.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, motivating members to achieve high-quality results.
