Lead the timely rollout of field-based activities such as community meetings, training sessions, and outreach events.
Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and local communities, encouraging active participation and support.
Work closely with local government entities, educational institutions, NGOs, and grassroots organizations to streamline implementation.
Conduct frequent site visits to supervise ongoing activities, troubleshoot issues, and share updates with the Project Manager.
Manage all logistical aspects of field operations, including site selection, mobilization of local staff, and community engagement planning.
Support the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data to inform reporting and decision-making.
Maintain thorough and organized records of field operations, ensuring proper documentation for internal tracking and donor reporting.
Develop routine updates, activity summaries, and performance reports for use by the project team and funding partners.
Build and maintain productive relationships with local stakeholders to ensure community ownership and effective delivery of project activities.
Facilitate clear communication between the central project team and local beneficiaries, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is addressed.
Collaborate with regional youth leaders, local facilitators, and community volunteers to support training and engagement efforts.
Handle the logistics necessary for field execution, including transport arrangements, venue coordination, and deployment of support staff.
Proactively address logistical or operational issues during field activities to avoid disruptions and ensure smooth implementation.
