Age between 40 and 50 years.
10–15 years of proven experience in construction project management.
Demonstrated expertise with high-rise buildings, fair-face casting, multi-basement construction, and government projects (as contractor or in government development works).
Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details, and BOQs.
Strong understanding of current material and labor rates.
Ability to negotiate contractor rates and prepare work orders.
In-depth knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and other engineering-related applications.
Competence in conflict and crisis management with the ability to perform under pressure.
Strong persuasion, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage external stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Plan, monitor, and manage project progress, implementing action plans as required.
Supervise construction activities regularly to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality, standards, and adherence to working drawings.
Coordinate with project team members—including architects, structural, plumbing, and electrical engineers—and provide guidance on project-related issues.
Communicate policy guidelines effectively to all project personnel.
Prepare method statements for all works, detailing specifications of materials, equipment, tools, and other resources.
Ensure workplace safety by providing guidelines to workers and contractors, supervising staff, and taking necessary safety measures.
Collaborate with project personnel and contractors to proactively address operational challenges and resolve issues.
