Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role ensures effective coordination between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and business analysts.
Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Manage change requests and control project scope, budget, and timelines.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to clients and senior management.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client and business requirements.
Support project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and project handover.
