  • Manager Position:
  • A minimum of 6 years of project management experience, preferably in business development or a related field.
  • Senior Manager Position:
  • A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, ideally within business development or a similar domain.
  • Proven Expertise:
  • A demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Proficiency:
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • A data-driven and analytical approach to solving problems and making informed decisions.
  • Task Prioritization:
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Project Management:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage project constraints to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Strategic Development:
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of Aarong’s strategic growth plans.
  • Support the integration of sub-brand strategies into Aarong’s overall vision and objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to inform and refine business development strategies.
Performance Evaluation:
  • Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate project performance and impact.
  • Document lessons learned from completed projects and apply insights to future initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership.
  • Safeguarding Responsibilities:
  • Ensure team members' safety from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, promoting a secure working environment.
  • Act as a source of support and expertise on safeguarding to ensure policy implementation.
  • Promote safeguarding policies, encourage adherence, and follow reporting procedures for any reportable incidents.
