Responsibilities & Context

  • Respond to select emails, draft correspondence, prepare office notes, and manage the Chairman/MD’s meeting and appointment schedules.
  •  
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  •  
  • Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  •  
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Chairman/MD.
  •  
  • Organize and coordinate inter-departmental meetings for the Chairman/MD with department heads.
  •  
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination to manage all schedules, appointments, meetings, and events for the Chairman/MD.
  •  
  • Liaise with relevant government and non-government offices for official programs.
  •  
  • Maintain all confidential files with proper referencing.
  •  
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure optimal service and a smooth workflow.
  •  
  • Provide telephone coverage, including answering executive phones, taking accurate messages, and tracking the executives' whereabouts.
  •  
  • Handle emergency calls with sound judgment.
  •  
  • Perform additional duties as required and consistent with this position.
