Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Psychology with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
Master’s degree (MSc) in Psychology with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 (specialization in Clinical, Counseling, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology preferred)
GPA of 4.5 in both SSC and HSC
Participation in workshops, conferences, or specialized training in aviation psychology or human factors will be considered an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health intervention and improvement projects, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity
Hands-on experience in administering psychological assessments and conducting counseling/psychotherapy sessions
Proven experience in facilitating mental health workshops, trainings, and group therapy sessions
Experience in addressing and intervening in staff mental health concerns and implementing safeguarding policies
Skilled in process documentation and report writing
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of verbal and non-verbal behavioral analysis
Familiarity with developing or adapting standardized psychometric tools and scales
Proactive, with excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Perform psychological assessments for flight crews and USBA staff during recruitment, onboarding, and in cases of disciplinary actions or policy violations.
Administer and analyze psychometric tests to determine job suitability and support flight crew recruitment decisions.
Offer individual and group counseling sessions focused on stress management, emotional well-being, and personal development.
Prepare detailed psychological case reports and maintain accurate records of all interventions.
Organize and lead mental health awareness sessions, workshops, and group therapy programs for flight crews and other employees.
Collaborate with HR in recruitment processes, grievance handling, and resolving workplace conflicts.
Conduct employee surveys and research in partnership with HR to enhance staff satisfaction and strengthen mental health policies.
