  • Strong expertise in Python development
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in at least one web framework such as Django or Flask
  • Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliance in enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms across multiple systems and environments
  • Clear understanding of scalable application design principles
  • Experience with event-driven programming in Python
  • Ability to design database schemas aligned with business processes
  • Strong skills in unit testing and debugging
  • Proficiency in using version control tools like Git
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Responsibilities & Context

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python as an object-oriented programming language
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, including handling requests, responses, and data processing
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand user requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to ensure high performance under heavy workloads
  • Integrate Python-based applications with third-party services (e.g., authentication systems and cloud platforms) via APIs
  • Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, token-based systems, and session management
  • Utilize Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy for data handling and analysis
  • Perform testing and debugging using frameworks such as Behave, Pytest, and PyUnit
  • Develop secure, high-availability, and low-latency systems with strong data protection measures
