Core Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development within production environments
Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework (DRF), including JWT/OAuth authentication, signals, and custom middleware
Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex queries, indexing, query optimization, and ORM performance tuning
Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, Atlas Search, and change streams
Proven experience in building ETL pipelines and managing large-scale relational and NoSQL data workflows
Hands-on experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, and Redis for distributed task processing and real-time systems
Experience implementing RAG pipelines, including document chunking, embedding, vector storage, and hybrid retrieval techniques
Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate
Working knowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS) and cloud integration
Mid-level DevOps skills, including Docker, Nginx, Gunicorn/Daphne, environment setup, and deployment automation (Ansible is a plus)
Exposure to MLOps practices, including model monitoring, logging, metrics tracking, and versioning
Experience working with WebSockets and Django Channels for real-time features
Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have:

Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks (including tool-calling, memory handling, and multi-agent orchestration)
Experience with LangSmith or other LLM monitoring/tracing tools
Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
Experience with OCR and document processing tools (e.g., pdfplumber, pytesseract)
Prior experience contributing to or delivering AI products at scale

The Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Python Developer with a strong background in data engineering and a keen interest in applied AI. In this role, you will contribute directly to the core backend system — building APIs, AI-driven pipelines, RAG systems, real-time data processes, and the infrastructure supporting them.

This is a high-impact role where you will develop production-level code that supports live AI agents, knowledge bots, and no-code ML solutions used by clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Design and enhance a Django + DRF-based backend for a no-code AI/ML platform
Develop and maintain agentic AI pipelines using tools like LangGraph, LangChain, and multi-LLM orchestration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini)
Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using Qdrant and hybrid retrieval methods
Work extensively with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, aggregation, and advanced search features
Build and manage real-time data pipelines using Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Django Channels (WebSockets)
Integrate and manage cloud services on AWS (such as S3, EC2, RDS) for data and infrastructure needs
Contribute to DevOps and MLOps practices, including Docker, Ansible, Gunicorn/Daphne, Nginx, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
