Additional Requirements

• Conduct all inspections in accordance with TIL (Tex International Ltd.) standards and/or the buyer's requirements and specifications. Knowledge of QMS audits is a plus.
• Prepare and issue field inspection reports based on actual findings and submit them to the Coordinator after each inspection.
• Study SOPs and buyer instructions/specifications to stay updated on inspection procedures and adhere to them accordingly.
• Set quality standards for the factory, aligning with customer requirements and providing guidance for each department and process.
• Possess experience in managing pre-production meetings, line layout, in-line production quality control, capacity planning, and final inspections, with a focus on all aspects of quality assurance.
• Analyze inspection reports to identify root causes of quality issues and take corrective actions to improve future outcomes.
• Follow the 'Time and Action Plan' regularly to ensure on-time shipments with the correct quality and quantity.
• Have a strong understanding of European customer requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with the factory production team and merchandising team.
• Be punctual on-site and available to work outside regular hours when needed.
• Have a solid understanding of different fabric types and printing techniques (an advantage).
• Be knowledgeable about newborn and kids' production and product safety requirements.
• Experience in shoe inspections is also welcome.
