We are seeking an Inspector – Inspection with strong expertise in quality control and inspection. This is a field-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with factory teams and on-site operations.

• Conduct all types of inspections in accordance with TIL (Tex International Ltd.) standards and/or buyer requirements and specifications. Knowledge of QMS audits will be considered an added advantage.

• Prepare and issue field inspection reports based on actual findings and submit them to the Coordinator after completion of inspections.

• Review and follow SOPs, buyer instructions, and specifications, ensuring compliance with current inspection procedures.

• Establish and maintain factory quality standards in line with customer requirements, providing guidance to relevant departments and processes.

• Demonstrate hands-on experience in pre-production meetings, line layout, in-line quality control, capacity planning, and final inspections, covering all aspects of quality assurance.

• Analyze inspection reports to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Regularly monitor and follow the Time and Action Plan to ensure on-time shipment with the required quality and quantity.

• Ensure compliance with European customer requirements.

• Coordinate closely with factory production teams and merchandising teams.

• Maintain strong punctuality on-site and remain available to work flexible or odd hours when required.

• Possess knowledge of various fabric types and printing techniques, which will be considered an advantage.

• Have a clear understanding of newborn and kids’ product safety requirements.

• Candidates with experience in footwear (shoes) inspection are also encouraged to apply.
