QC- Quality Control & Production Follow up

✔ Conduct quality control and production follow-up to ensure products meet required quality standards and production timelines.

✔ Ensure consistent production of high-quality garments according to buyer requirements and approved specifications.

✔ Review approved samples, buyer comments, and specifications and ensure all comments are properly implemented before proceeding with the next sample or bulk production.

✔ Develop a strong understanding of fabric, trims, accessories, and other raw material quality standards.

✔ Understand and follow buyer requirements, quality standards, technical specifications, and product guidelines.

✔ Conduct regular inline inspections throughout the production process to identify and prevent quality issues.

✔ Monitor workmanship, measurements, construction, finishing, and overall product quality to ensure the final product meets required standards.

✔ Follow up on rework and quality issues and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented and verified.

✔ Coordinate with merchandising, production, quality, and factory teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

✔ Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, approvals, defects, corrective actions, and production follow-up activities.

✔ Monitor the quality and condition of fabric, trims, accessories, and other production materials.

✔ Monitor inventory and material consumption to ensure proper utilization and minimize wastage.

✔ Identify recurring quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement preventive measures and continuous quality improvements.
