Conduct online quality control checks of wheat and lentils to ensure RMPM standards through random sampling and inspection.
Carry out laboratory tests such as moisture content, ash value, protein levels, granulation, and gluten analysis.
Verify that finished products meet company quality standards and comply with updated guidelines.
Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices within production and storage areas.
Identify and report any deviations or non-compliance to the QC Supervisor and suggest corrective measures.
Keep laboratory equipment clean and properly calibrated.
Complete quality reports and logs accurately and within required timelines.
