• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to oversee all stages of the shoe manufacturing process.
• Conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify deviations from quality standards, collaborate with production teams to resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze quality data and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and elevate product quality.
• Continuously strive to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians to ensure effective execution of quality assurance processes.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and results, ensuring easy access and traceability.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for management, providing actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of raw materials and components used in production.
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality partnerships and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry-specific quality standards, regulations, and best practices in footwear manufacturing.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant quality and safety standards, including international benchmarks for durability, safety, and performance.
• Oversee pre-production, in-line, and final product inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Work closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to align quality standards with product objectives.
• Support product development teams during prototyping and testing phases, ensuring products meet quality expectations from the start.
