• Quality Assurance Development: Develop and implement high-quality assurance strategies and procedures for all aspects of outerwear garment production.

• SOP Compliance: Understand and adhere to quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at every stage of the process, implementing the buyer’s work manual and maintaining quality standards within the factory.

• Production Oversight: Ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process for outerwear garments, specifically padded, down, quilting, seam-sealed, and CWS jackets.

• Quality Standards Implementation: Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and systems.

• Defect Analysis: Conduct root cause analyses for defects and implement corrective action plans.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to reduce defects and enhance operational efficiency.

• Quality Issue Resolution: Address quality issues and foster a zero-defect culture within the production process.

• Inspection Oversight: Perform inspections in the factory to ensure compliance with buyer requirements.

• Team Collaboration: Interact effectively with technical, development, and production teams.

• Buyer Communication: Diligently follow buyer requirements and feedback to produce high-quality garments.

• Technical Support: Provide support to the technical and quality teams regarding any technical issues.

• Merchandising Coordination: Collaborate with the merchandising team and coordinate with buyers.

• Outerwear Production Knowledge: Must possess knowledge and experience in handling outerwear production.

• Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
