Quality Assurance Development: Develop and implement high-quality assurance strategies and procedures for all aspects of outerwear garment production.
SOP Compliance: Understand and adhere to quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at every stage of the process, implementing the buyer’s work manual and maintaining quality standards within the factory.
Production Oversight: Ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process for outerwear garments, specifically padded, down, quilting, seam-sealed, and CWS jackets.
Quality Standards Implementation: Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and systems.
Defect Analysis: Conduct root cause analyses for defects and implement corrective action plans.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to reduce defects and enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Issue Resolution: Address quality issues and foster a zero-defect culture within the production process.
Inspection Oversight: Perform inspections in the factory to ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
Team Collaboration: Interact effectively with technical, development, and production teams.
Buyer Communication: Diligently follow buyer requirements and feedback to produce high-quality garments.
Technical Support: Provide support to the technical and quality teams regarding any technical issues.
Merchandising Coordination: Collaborate with the merchandising team and coordinate with buyers.
Outerwear Production Knowledge: Must possess knowledge and experience in handling outerwear production.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Tusuka is in garment business since 1997, started as a buying house named "Texel" focusing only the woven market. With the vision of specialized denim/jeans making, in 2001 Tusuka started its venture as jeans manufacturer with only 2 sewing lines and a small laundry to take the opportunity of globally growing demand of denim garment. After a year management found the necessity of a world class in house laundry section to fulfill the vision. So from 2003 management started to expended the laundry and new sewing lines in its compound. Now Tusuka has the sewing capacity 100,000 Per Day with 67 sewing lines specialized in denim garment making, also has washing capacity of 90,000 pcs per day for Dry Process and 105,000 pcs per day for Wet Process. The management is passionate in fashioned Jeans manufacturing and the main focus of the company is in fancy washes with optimum quality & on time delivery. Tusuka incorporates latest washing technologies, chemicals and machineries in washing. It also integrated a dedicated R & D department to learn and implement new washing techniques to match the trend. To ensure the quality we have advance sewing machineries in production line & dedicated quality team for individual buyers/brand.
