  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies via Telephoning, Sales processes, operations, and controls
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs
  • Must have a good understanding of mobiles and gadgets
  • Ability to multitask with sales strategy and work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English & Bengali Previous experience in a Standard Contact center with Experience with the use of Microsoft Office packages

Responsibilities & Context

Apple Gadgets is looking for a dynamic and experienced full-time Telesales Specialist - Quality Assurance (QA) for our growing online sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising our telesales team to ensure that they are collaborative and motivated to achieve their sales targets regarding tech (Laptop) products.


  • Meeting with sales specialists to discuss telesales strategies.
  • Maintain sales scripts and customer answer sheets and Implement sales strategies
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and maintaining customer relationships
  • Setting weekly and monthly sales targets and compiling and presenting sales reports.
  • Listen in on and evaluate telesales calls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as best practices for customer service and product presentation.
  • Coach and train new hires on the importance of following scripts and on best practices during a call.
  • Track and analyze telesales performance metrics, such as call length, quality, and opportunity generation.
  • Conducting compliance audits of telesales calls.
  • Developing and implementing new quality assurance programs.
  • Working with the marketing team to develop and evaluate telesales campaigns
  • Telesales supervisors play a critical role in helping Telesales teams achieve their sales goals. By providing training and coaching, monitoring performance, and developing sales strategies, supervisors can help telesales representatives become more effective salespeople.
