• Applicants should have experience in the following areas: knit and woven fabrics, fabric inspection, pattern amendments, quality control/audit, and basic knowledge of printing.
• Collaborate closely with key factory personnel in sampling and sewing areas to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Perform daily in-line and pre-final inspections, conduct measurement checks, and perform random tests according to Blue Dream SOPs for all styles.
• Raise concerns regarding any information gaps from Blue Dream HQ, unethical behavior, or any attempts by team members or factory staff to mishandle or bypass SOPs, including shipping rejected or substandard quality products, and report to the respective merchandiser.
• Inspect print panels for quality, placement, and cutting standards (marker alignment, relaxation, shading).
• Verify fabric quality, color accuracy, testing requirements, print, wash, embellishment quality, and placement in accordance with the tech pack and customer comments, ensuring consistent quality in bulk production.
• Check size sets and provide necessary feedback and pattern amendments, and proceed to the Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) after size set approval.
• Possess a strong understanding of technical and production processes.
• Must be capable of managing buyer relationships independently under high pressure with a proactive marketing approach.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Exhibit strong presentation and delivery skills.
• Ensure consistent follow-up on production and samples with factories, adhering to related procedures.
• Regularly visit factories to gather market intelligence.
• Work closely with fabric mills and suppliers ahead of design packs to develop new fabrics and finishes, reducing lead times.
