Age: 30 to 40 years
Strong understanding of sewing quality, stitching, and finishing work
Basic knowledge of AQL standards and quality checking processes
Ability to maintain quality under production pressure
Good communication skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Monitor sewing and finishing quality to ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
Conduct quality checks during in-line, end-line, and finishing stages of production.
Identify sewing and finishing issues and take prompt corrective actions.
Ensure proper execution of finishing tasks such as trimming, measurement, ironing, folding, and packing.
Collaborate closely with production and finishing teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Guide and supervise QC team members working in sewing and finishing sections.
Address and resolve buyer quality comments related to sewing and finishing.
Prepare simple quality reports and ensure adherence to AQL standards.
