Quality Manager - Sweater

✔ Age: Maximum 40 years.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence.

✔ Ability to maintain, organize, and archive detailed quality inspection records, including inspection dates, sample details, testing procedures, and results.

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

✔ Honest, energetic, polite, and professional, with a positive attitude.

✔ Lead factory-wide Quality Assurance (QA) operations and ensure consistent implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with buyer requirements.

✔ Develop, review, and update quality control SOPs and standards for raw materials, in-process inspections, and finished product testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

✔ Establish and oversee comprehensive quality assurance procedures to maintain product consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement throughout all production stages.

✔ Standardize quality control processes across the factory to ensure uniformity and consistency in product quality.

✔ Lead pre-production meetings, address issues identified during line review meetings, and implement preventive measures before bulk production begins.

✔ Evaluate and verify samples, including shade blankets, bulk shades, size sets, TOP samples, and GPT (Garment Performance Test/Technical Test) samples, as applicable, to ensure compliance with specified requirements before customer approval.

✔ Maintain, organize, and archive detailed quality inspection records, including inspection dates, sample details, testing procedures, and results.

✔ Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
