• Perform Diagnostic Imaging: Operate imaging equipment, such as X-rays and other diagnostic devices, to capture high-quality images for medical analysis.
• Ensure Patient Safety: Follow strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure, using protective shielding and ensuring safe imaging practices.
• Prepare Patients for Imaging Procedures: Explain the imaging process to patients, ensuring they are comfortable and correctly positioned for accurate results.
• Position and Immobilize Patients: Accurately position patients for imaging exams, ensuring proper alignment, stability, and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Monitor and Assist During Imaging: Supervise patients throughout the imaging process, helping them stay still for clear, precise results.
• Maintain and Calibrate Equipment: Routinely check, clean, and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.

• Stay Current with Imaging Techniques: Continuously update skills and knowledge on new imaging technologies and techniques to improve patient care.
• Report Technical Issues: Promptly report any malfunctions or issues with imaging equipment to technical staff for repair.
