  • Bachelor/Honors, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Additional Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/ Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) from any reputed university of Bangladesh.
  • Practical knowledge in Core, Radio, and Transmission Network Planning for Cellular Telecommunications and Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation and ongoing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) support for Cellular and MCPTT Networks.
  • Strong understanding of Radio Frequency, Link Design, Cellular Network Coverage Planning, and Optimization.
  • Knowledge in Power System Design, Implementation, and continuous O&M support for Cellular Communication.
  • Practical expertise with HF/VHF/UHF/GSM/3G/4G/5G/WiFi/WiMax Antenna Systems.
  • Professional certifications in Cellular Communication, Optical, and Microwave (MW) Transmission are preferred.
  • Candidates should have a long-term commitment to the role (at least 5 to 7 years).
