  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • 2–5 years of experience in cosmetic, skincare, personal care, or pharmaceutical product formulation and quality control.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

The Celeste, a skincare brand of Beauty Booth Bangladesh, is looking for a dedicated and innovative R&D Chemist to support product development and quality assurance activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for skincare product formulation, testing, quality control, and continuous product improvement while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and formulate skincare and personal care products.
  • Research new ingredients, technologies, and innovative formulations.
  • Conduct product stability, compatibility, and performance testing.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update formulation records and technical documentation.
  • Perform quality control checks on raw materials, bulk products, and finished products.
  • Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure product consistency and quality compliance.
  • Ensure products meet all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Support continuous product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to R&D and quality assurance.
