Education


  • Masters, Post- Graduation in any discipline preferably in business background with good academic record from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination.

  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial reports and documents.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible, results-oriented approach and a positive outlook.
  • Comprehensive understanding of land and mortgage regulations and processes.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To lead the unit and motivate the team members for recovery purpose as per requirement of the Bank.
  • Supervise and monitoring of all CL and Write-off accounts all the Branches.
  • Formulate recovery strategy against CL and Write-off borrower of the allocated Branches and follow through for execution.
  • Visit the branches and defaulted borrowers and related collateral security of the borrowers under the jurisdiction and submit report and arrange meeting as required.
  • Meeting with the Branches and sharing opinion regarding classified loans and future course of action.
  • Conduct negotiation with all defaulter borrowers of the above branches for settlement of classified loans and guide the branch.
  • Any other tasks which is assigned by management from time to time.
